  • Patricia will tell the story of her aunt Patricia who grew up in a middle class family in London, England during the war and after a series of losses in midlife and a fortuitous meeting with a Cambodian Buddhist monk decided, at age 51, to forsake the comforts of modern life and take ordination as a Buddhist nun.

  • What does Quantum theory have to say about our intentions? What’s the difference between stating an intention and having a prophetic voice? Brian Tracy says, “Whatever we expect with confidence becomes our own self-fulfilling prophecy.” What does he mean by this?

    With more questions than answers, let’s explore together some of the mysteries of quantum physics and how it could intersect with our own intentions and spiritual journeys as Prophets and Unitarians.

  • In his talk, John will explore the origin and role of prophecy in ancient Israel. Using Climate Change as an example, John will then explore the role of  prophecy today, and speculate as to who might and might not be considered prophets today according to the tradition.
