Dancer and choreographer, Martha Graham once said, “The body says what words cannot.” Perhaps the body also tells us what we cannot understand. What can we learn from our bodies in this time of upheaval and loss? Can they teach us how to survive? How to grieve with grace?

If we encourage our wise bodies to tell us how to respond to these days of darkness and fear, perhaps they will show us the way to carry the lightness
